Abigail opens the space with a Light Language transmission, working on an energetic level to clear, balance, activate, and heal what is ready to shift. Nicolette then guides the integration process through journaling and reflection, helping translate the energetic work into embodied insight and grounded action. We close with gentle sharing, allowing the experience to settle and be witnessed.
You don’t need any prior experience or specific beliefs. This space is open to all genders and backgrounds who feel the call to pause, receive, and reconnect.
This is not a place to strive.
