I'm Abigail
I am Abigail Mensah-Bonsu. A mother, mystic, and multidimensional messenger, I walk between the realms where the divine meets the human, and spirit meets structure.
The Awakening:
Like many, I was once seeking. Seeking understanding, balance, and the courage to reclaim my power. My journey began through the pursuit of knowledge and healing, first in psychology and pre-med, later diving into the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, blending science with the ancient soul medicine of the Earth.
The Call to Empowerment:
In a world that told me to shrink, I found the courage to rise. Guided by astrology, energy work, spiritual psychology, and deep devotion to the Divine Feminine, I became the woman who remembers—who leads with heart and truth, and who now walks beside other women reclaiming their sovereignty.
My Mission:
As a sacred mentor, intuitive healer, and author, my mission is clear: to create a space where women rise, reclaim their power, and live from their soul’s calling. I am here to empower you to embrace your full self, to heal the wounds of the past, and to step into the temple of your becoming.

With a foundation in Psychology and Pre-Med, I built the structure of understanding the human mind and body.
Masters in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine have connected me deeply to the wisdom of the Earth and the energetic healing power within.

I channel light language, facilitate divine activations, and embrace the ancient arts of astrology, spiritual psychology, and energy mastery to guide women on their path of transformation.

As the founder of Moon Goddess Academy & Publishing, I combine these sacred teachings into offerings like Goddess Unleashed and Elevated Empath, helping women reconnect with their soul’s deepest desires and gifts.
My Journey: From Healing to Remembering
I wasn’t always this woman. I had to journey through forgetting to truly remember.
I began my path in the world of science and service, studying Psychology and Pre-Med, seeking to understand the human mind and body. But deep within, my soul longed for something more… something ancient and intuitive, something the textbooks didn’t hold.
So I answered the call, earning my Master’s in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I was introduced to the language of energy, elemental balance, and holistic healing. It was here that I began to remember:
That true healing isn’t just about fixing. It’s about reclaiming the wholeness that was never truly lost.
Through the years, my path has been shaped by sacred devotion,
to the Goddess, to the Earth, to the truth that lives inside every woman.
Today, I blend that sacred knowledge with ancient tools like astrology, light language, divine feminine embodiment, and spiritual psychology to support women who are awakening, just like I once did.

🌙 I was born under the Virgo Sun in Ghana, with a Scorpio Rising and Sagittarius Moon—an earthy mystic with fire in her heart and water in her soul.
My chart reminds me daily that sacred structure and spiritual freedom can coexist beautifully.
🌀 I channel Light Language and sacred codes, transmissions of sound, movement, and frequency that awaken the soul and activate remembrance.
🖋️ I have an absolute love affair with journals and pens (creative tools).
I have an eternal love affair with journals, pens, and every creative tool that brings color to consciousness, pencils, markers, brushes of imagination.
Writing is my sacred ceremony, a dance between ink and intuition. It’s how I channel divine wisdom, manifest visions, and converse with my higher self. Each page becomes a living altar—where words weave spells of healing, remembrance, and creation.
🌿 My morning ritual includes incense, prayer, and gratitude, often accompanied by soft music and the gentle hum of my son Xavier’s laughter in the background.
💫 I’m the Host of the Sovereign Goddess Podcast, where I weave together astrology, energy alchemy, and divine feminine wisdom to help others live in alignment with their soul’s blueprint.
🌿 Trees are my greatest teachers.
Their stillness reminds me how to listen, their roots teach me how to ground, and their branches inspire me to keep reaching for the light. I often sit beneath them to receive guidance and recharge my soul.
